Chumming Double Rig

The chumming double rig is meant to be submerged and either lowered directly into the water or cast out.  It’s foam-filled top allows you to fish in any water column. The top unscrews to allow filling the body of the bottom rig with chum. The bottom of the rig also
unscrews for ease in cleaning after use. The body of the rig is mesh and allows the option to use small pieces of chum or semi-solid
chum- allowing the scent of the chum to be dispersed in the surrounding water but preventing the actual chum from escaping.
